FuXiDroid (pronounced foo-see-droid) is a FREE application for the Android platform to help learners of Chinese improve their vocabulary. Its built-in dictionary makes it easy to store words or phrases encountered in everyday life. They can replayed at a later time as flashcards to help with memorization, and can be imported or exported in a text-based CSV file format.

Adding a new word. First enter the new word in the HanZi text-field, then press the Check button.
PinYin and Definitions are automatically resolved.
The to the right of the Definitions
label indicates that this word does not yet exist in the word list.
If the word already exists in the word list, the
will be shown instead, and the Delete button will be enabled.

Revising words/phrases as flashcards. First, the HanZi is shown by itself. Tap on it reveals the PinYin and Definitions. Click on the Next to show the next word/phrase. |
